Make your experience easy to follow

The process begins with consideration of your application, so present your previous work clearly. If you have transport experience, describe the vehicles and routes you have worked with.

Separate the tasks you have already carried out from subjects you would like to discuss during the interview. You can also explain whether your interest lies in garment box bodies, curtainsiders or larger vehicles. This organises your experience and interests, while questions about the application process can be directed to Administration and Recruitment.

Discuss routes and working arrangements

The application process includes an interview after the initial review, with routes and working arrangements forming part of the discussion. Prepare your own questions and identify the points you want to clarify before making a decision.

LW Logistics offers employment and cooperation with self-employed drivers. If you are considering a particular arrangement, include it among your discussion topics. Relate your experience to the vehicles and European routes you would like to discuss, keeping the conversation connected to practical work and your expectations.

Bring outstanding questions into the conversation

A decision follows the interview in the recruitment process. Before the conversation ends, check whether the matters that are relevant to you have been addressed and return to any points that need clarification.

Direct organisational questions about your application to Administration and Recruitment, stating which part of the process they concern. If your CV covers different roles, identify those you would like to explain further. Notes prepared in advance help you present your work history clearly and distinguish your experience from questions about routes and future working arrangements.
